Alway surprising is a dinner cruise on Lake Lucerne as we visit the lakeside village of Küssnacht for their unforgettable Klausjagen procession to ring in St Nicholas Day.

Visit the Best of Switzerland's Christmas Markets 

We'll visit several Swiss Christmas markets as they are decked out for the holidays. In local Christmas markets, you’ll typically find foods and local crafts showcased in winter settings as charming as any Christmas card. Enjoy the special Christmas atmosphere as in the old days - meeting up with friends, eating Christmas foods, drinking Gluhwein, and sampling special baked goods. We'll be on hand for the music, lights, and authentic traditions that make Christmas in Switzerland so memorable. 

Zermatt and the Matterhorn at Christmas Time

Visiting Zermatt and the Matterhorn is always a special event, and especially during the Christmas season. We take the Gornergrat cogwheel railway to an elevation of over 10,000 feet where we have panoramic views of the Matterhorn and many of the highest peaks of the Swiss Alps surrounding us.
